GATE 2026 Admit Card News: How and Where to Download IIT GATE Hall Ticket

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati is set to release the GATE 2026 Admit Card soon. Candidates appearing for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2026 can download their hall tickets through the official GATE website: gate2026.iitg.ac.in once the link is activated.

GATE 2026 Exam Dates and Schedule

The GATE 2026 examination will be conducted on the following dates:

• February 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026

The exams will be held in two shifts each day:

• Forenoon Shift: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM

• Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Test Papers and Candidate Options

• GATE 2026 will be conducted for 30 test papers.

• Candidates can choose to appear in one or up to two test papers based on their eligibility and preference.

Admit Card Release Updates

• The admit card was originally scheduled for January 2, 2026, but the release was postponed.

How to Download GATE 2026 Admit Card

1. Visit the official website gate2026.iitg.ac.in.

2. Click on the GATE 2026 Admit Card link once activated.

3. Enter your enrolment ID, registration number, or password as required.

4. Download and take a printout of the hall ticket for examination purposes.
